Risk x Tommy Hollenstein Paralympics Charity Print
"Thirty-nine years ago, my life took a profound turn after a spinal cord injury from a mountain biking accident. In that moment, I made a commitment to live life to the fullest, regardless of the challenges ahead. Since then, I've remained deeply involved with the disabled community through various groups, charities, nonprofit organizations, and disabled sports initiatives.
As one of the founding members of a sports camp that ran for 25 years, I've had the privilege of contributing to a movement that embraced many of the sports now represented in the Paralympic Games. Living as a full-time wheelchair user for the past 39 years, this collaboration with @Riskrock holds deep personal significance for me.
In this unique print, the tires of my wheelchair symbolize the Olympic rings, intertwined with RISK's distinct artistic touch. It’s the perfect way to honor the opening of the Paralympic Games and bring my journey full circle.
To further our mission, all proceeds from the first 48 hours of sales will be donated to @triumphfoundations. Triumph Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the lives of people living with spinal cord injuries. They provide support, resources, and hope to individuals and families as they navigate the challenges of paralysis. By contributing to this cause, you're not just acquiring a piece of art—you're making a real difference in the lives of others."
